GUARANTEE
Subject to conditions stated below :
ATROPA Technologie guarantees their products Spot-Tube & Spot-Fen X, only against defects in workmanship or functioning defects of mechanical and electronic component parts used for a guarantee period of 3 years from the date of purchase.
ATROPA Technologie guarantees their products Enduro II, Spy II, Nemo, Emag Mk1, only against defects in workmanship or functioning defects of mechanical and electronic component parts used for a guarantee period of 5 years from the date of purchase.
The foams rings and the plastic parts sold as accessories of the Spot-Tube & Spot-Fen X, have a 1 year guarantee.
ATROPA Technologie guarantees the product Atrotube and its accessories only against defects in workmanship or functioning defects of mechanical parts used for a guarantee period of 1 year from the date of purchase. The deformation of the tubes due in particular to a problem of post-sale storage is excluded from this guarantee.
The guarantee of batteries and electronic components sold as accessories is the guarantee of the manufacturer of these items.
CONDITIONS OF APPLICATIONS OF THIS GUARANTEE :
Products that we sell are subject to a warranty, parts and labor, return to our office must be paid by the customer, the duration of which varies according to the type of device. The duration of this guarantee is specified for each device (see above).
Our products are warranted from the date of delivery free from defects in design, materials and workmanship and conform to the specifications in our technical manuals in force at the time of delivery.
This warranty is strictly limited to the replacement or repair, at our option, of the defective product or part returned to us during the said warranty period.
The guarantee does not apply to any merchandise or part that is worn out naturally or that has been subject to defective use, negligence, intervention, repair, alteration, accident , Or an electrical surge related to the use of a too high voltage.
The liability of Atropa is strictly limited to the obligations defined above and it is expressly agreed that Atropa will not be held liable, and therefore liable to no compensation to the buyer, for any direct or indirect damage, such as accident to persons, damage to property distinct from the object of the contract/sale, etc.
Claims for non-compliant goods, in particular mechanically and electrically, must be made in writing within 8 days days after the date of delivery.
Claims under this guarantee need our agreement been given in written form before the defective product can be returned to us. Postage for returning a defective product will always have to be paid by the buyer himself.
So no merchandise may be returned without the prior written consent of Atropa and no claim shall be accepted or credit granted for goods returned in the absence of such written agreement.
Atropa reserves the right to charge additional costs to the purchaser if the latter returns a product to the company without prior agreement and if Atropa proves that this product does not present any malfunction nor default.
Atropa Technologie reserves the right to modify the characteristics of its devices without prior notice.
